Summary

• Extend the GitHub Actions release flow to publish simdeck, react-native-simdeck, and @nativescript/simdeck-inspector from the version tag
• Package and publish the VS Code extension as a .vsix through vsce
• Update CI to install and cache the React Native inspector package
• Rename the React Native inspector package to react-native-simdeck and update docs/import examples
